Policies
Payments & Returns Policy For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and cash. Please note: All sales—whether for services or products—are final. This policy helps us maintain the elevated quality & experience that you deserve.
Service Guarantee Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If any part of your experience falls short, let us know within 3 days and we’ll correct any issues at no charge. After that window, adjustments are treated as new services. We do this to continue delivering consistent, beautifully crafted experiences.
Appointment Policies Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand life happens, so we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. All deposits are non-refundable. Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows forfeit the deposit. This ensures we honor your time—and that of other clients.

Every D.D. Daughters service includes a full cleanse shampoo routine, with premium products, and a blowout. If you’d like us to provide extensions or additional items, those are available separately—just let us know.

Is shampoo & styling included with my service
Yes — every appointment begins with a luxurious shampoo experience to cleanse, hydrate, and prepare your hair for flawless results. We believe healthy hair is the foundation of every style, so this step is never skipped.
Your service also includes styling silk press or loose cur to ensure you leave the salon looking and feeling your absolute best. From start to finish, we prioritize both care and beauty so your hair is not only styled, but truly nurtured.

No the prices listed online when booking reflect the cost of the service only. If you would like us to provide the hair for your appointment, it can be purchased separately at an additional cost. Please be sure to order what is needed 7 days in advance.
