Booking Policies

Cancellation Policy                           Salon Policies                       Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment, which will be credited towards your service.  Please note, if you need help scheduling, please expect to send your deposit of $25 by cashapp to $dddaughters or applepay **All prices are subject to change.

Cancellations:
A 24 hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling og an appointment.

No Call/No Show are immediately banned from booking online.

To cancel/reschedule, go to your confirmation email, scroll down, click on option to reschedule.


Grace Period: 
A 15-minute grace period is provided. After this time, if no communication is received, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. *If we are able to still see you, your deposit, then becomes the late fee, and entire service balance is due. A no-show, will result in the termination of future booking privileges.

Refunds:
Refunds are only issued if the stylist cancels .

Appointment Requests:
To request an appointment, please add yourself to the waitlist online or text the stylist at 267.528.6485 for before/after standard posted hours or squeeze-in appointments. Please be prepared to pay the booking $75 fee for outside of hours.

Preparing for Your Hair Appointment:
For Long Services: Please book on a day when you have ample time (3-4 hrs). It doesn't take this long, but please allow for back up due to unforeseen circumstances.

Before Your Appointment:
Inform the stylist of any hair or scalp concerns (sensitivity, allergies, or damage).

Services Include Shampoo: 
Clients must arrive with hair down and as detangled as possible.

Services Excluding Shampoo:
Clients will be examined to see if hair is shampooed/clean, blown out straight, and free of products (e.g., edge control, greases, oils). We reserve the right to refuse service if hair is not clean. It will need to be done by us if not, to insure our work.

Color Services:
Please remove any buildup from previous styles at least one day before your appointment for optimal processing.

Extra Information:
Please arrive alone for your appointment. Seats are limited. and for serviced individuals only- unless client is a minor. Notify the stylist at least 48 in advance for any changes; requests may not be honored depending on the stylist's schedule. No changes will be accepted on the day of the appointment. All braid hairstyles will include hair, and bundles are available for purchase in the salon.


I am committed to your satisfaction; if you are unhappy with your service, please inform me while you are at the salon so I can address your concerns. No-do overs will be provided after 48 hours, including weekends-and refunds are not available.
