Due to the nature of our products there are no refunds or exchanges – NO EXCEPTIONS

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

All units are shipped through USPS.

 

All units have processing time of 6-10 business days. That time stated is the time your order will ship out within. Ready to ship items (ie: products) in 1-2 business days, custom lace /medical units items ship 4-8 weeks, depending on customization timeframe. We will notify you once order is received.

 

When your order is shipped the tracking will be under your PayPal Account or under your PayPal email. If you will be serviced at our salon, please email us at myisha@dddaughters.com so we know to notify you that the unit is in, and we will not ship. If no email is received you may have to wait longer for unit to come to your location.

 

Orders shipped outside the United States are responsible for customs fees. We are not responsible for any customs fees. Once it leaves the United States we are not responsible for any issues that may arise.
