Our consultation is a professional assessment, not a sales appointment. During this session, we evaluate your hair loss history and develop a personalized restoration plan tailored to your needs. This includes guidance on medical-grade hair systems (cranial prosthesis), customization options, and, when appropriate, referrals to medical professionals for additional support. We provide this service in a private, supportive environment, recognizing that hair loss is often a medical and emotional experience—not just cosmetic. Please Note: A Scalp Analysis / Hair Analysis is a separate service and must be booked independently for a more in-depth evaluation. After booking, you will be sent a link - please set up your HIPAA compliant portal- you will be emailed. Inside the portal, you will be able to: • sign HIPAA Policy • and other forms • This begins the verification process for your cranial prosthesis benefit These steps are required to confirm your appointment.
