At D.D. Daughters Lace Wig Beautique, we are committed to delivering your wig units and products in a timely and organized manner. Please review our full shipping terms before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders require 24–48 hours of processing time before shipping.
Processing includes:

Payment verification

Order confirmation
-
Vendor confirmation (if applicable)

Preparation and customization
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Business days are Monday through Friday only.
Weekends and federal holidays are not counted.

Standard Shipping Timeline
After processing, standard orders ship within 7–10 business days.
Please note:

Business days do not include Saturdays or Sundays.

7–10 business days may equal approximately two calendar weeks or more.

We always aim to ship sooner, but this is the standard timeframe clients should expect.​
Custom Orders (4–6 Weeks)
Custom units and special orders require 4–6 weeks for completion before shipping.
Custom orders include:

Made-to-measure units
-
Specialty color requests
-
Custom density, cap construction, or alterations
-
Medical cranial prosthesis units built to specification
The 4–6 week timeframe does not include shipping transit time.

February & Lunar Holiday Delays
During the month of February, some of our overseas vendors observe the Lunar New Year holiday.
During this time:

Production and fulfillment may be delayed.

The standard 7–10 business day timeframe may be extended.

Custom orders may also take longer.
These seasonal delays are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Method & Tracking
All shipped orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order has shipped.

USPS Priority Mail typically includes insurance coverage.

Once USPS accepts the package, we are not responsible for postal carrier delays, lost packages, or transit issues.
Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with USPS using your tracking information.
Salon Pickup vs. Shipping
Many of our clients schedule salon appointments for installation.
If we recognize your name as a salon client:

We may hold your unit at the salon for your installation appointment.

You will be notified once your unit arrives.
If you do not plan to have your hair installed at our salon and would like your item shipped instead of held, you must email us at:
Please clearly state that you want your order shipped and do not want it held for appointment scheduling.
We are not responsible for delays if we are not notified of your shipping preference.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

USPS delays
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
