Inside the portal, you will be able to: • Complete your medical intake and chart • Upload any documents or prescriptions you already have • Enter your insurance information • Pay the required confirmation fee of $50 on the secured portal. • Begin the verification process for your cranial prosthesis benefit These steps are required to confirm your appointment.
